FDP on ‘Research topics in VLSI Devices, Circuits & Signal Processing’

A Faculty Development program on “Research topics in VLSI Devices, Circuits & Signal Processing’ was conducted by the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering from 26th to 30th September 2016, under the sponsorship of TEQIP II. The course was intended to provide a general awareness about the high potentiality of  VLSI Design and technology. The topic was selected so as to provide an insight into the latest advancements in research, in the field of VLSI Circuits, Devices and Signal Processing. The sessions were handled by eminent faculty members from premier institutes like IIT Guwahati, IIT Gandhinagar and from other reputed institutions. One full day was dedicated to hands on training on the circuit simulation tool CADENCE, which was handled by expert from industry. More than 30 participants attended the program.
