The TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, is hosting the United Nations Academic Impact Colloquium 2018 (UNAIC 2018), the first youth summit in India to be held in collaboration with the UN, from January 19 to 21.
The colloquium is organised by KFUNAI (Kerala Forum on United Nations Academic Impact) in direct collaboration with the United Nations and the United Youth Circuit.
Minister Mercykutty Amma, patron of the event, announced UNAIC 2018 in the presence of UN representative Saji Charuvil Thomas here on Tuesday.
More than 250 delegates from India and abroad will participate in the summit, an event intended to expose young minds to global issues around the world, said the organisers.
