  • (i) Developed a pulse tube cryocooler for the first time in an Indian laboratory (CCT, IISc Bangalore) which is capable of producing a record lowest no load temperature of 2.5K.
  • (ii) Secured the judges special prize for the best paper in the National conference on Refrigeration and Air-conditioning 2009(NCRAC09) held at IIT Madras during January 8-10, 2009.
  • (iii) Secured the best paper award in the International conference on Frontiers in Automobile and Mechanical Engineering (FAME-2010) held at Sathyabama University, Chennai during November.25-27,2010.
  • (iv) Secured the best paper award in the national conference on Technology frontiers of mechanical engineering CoMET’12, June02, 2012 held at St.Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology, Palai.
