About the Department

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, TKMCE, Kollam was started in the year 1958 with student strength of 40. Right from the beginning, the Department has been rated with very high performance in academic circles. The graduates from this department include many renowned technocrats, academicians and researchers, working all over the world. It offers two Under-graduate programme (B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering) and one Post-graduate programme (M.Tech. in Electric Vehicle Technology) and Ph.D. programme.
