The software lab, inaugurated on September 11, 2024, by the honorable Chairman T. K. Shahal Hassan Musaliar of the TKM Trust, provides students with hands on experience in essential programming languages such as C, allowing them to apply various numerical techniques to solve engineering challenges. The lab is outfitted with 80 state-of-the-art computers featuring Intel Core i7 14th Gen 14700 processors, creating a high-performance environment ideal for complex computational tasks. Additionally, the lab includes a diverse suite of software resources: C, C++, Fortran Power Station, MS Visual Basic, PSPICE, MATLAB with specialized toolboxes, and MS Office. These tools support a broad range of applications, from coding and algorithm development to circuit simulation and data analysis, offering students a well-rounded technical experience. This advanced facility ensures that students are well-prepared to tackle real-world engineering problems with industry-relevant skills and knowledge.
