B.Arch is a 10 semester course affiliated to Kerala University and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. This program is recognized by the Council of Architecture (COA) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Admission Eligibility :Candidates with a pass in the Plus – Two Examination of Kerala Higher Secondary Board or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects or any other examination accepted as equivalent thereto, securing a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission.
Candidates with a diploma in engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Education of the Government. of Kerala or a Diploma as accepted equivalent thereto securing a minimum of 50% marks in the final diploma examination are eligible for admission.
Reservation to SC,ST and other communities are available as per rules and regulations of the Government from time to time.
15% of the seats are reserved under Management quota . Those who want to get admission under the Management quota should apply to the management and qualify the Engineering entrance examination conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examination; Government of Kerala.
Those who seek admission in B.Arch Degree course should qualify NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture.
No lateral admission shall be permitted as per the minimum standards of Architectural Education Regulations 1983 or of Council of Architecture and AICTE notification, July 1992. The number of students admitted shall be based on the sanctioned intake by the Council of Architecture, the All India Council for Technical Education and the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.

PSO2Make design decisions within architectural projects while demonstrating the user requirements, regulatory requirements, site conditions and accessible design, and considerations of the measurable environmental impacts of their design decisions.
PSO3Comprehend leadership in multidisciplinary teams, diverse stakeholder constituents, and dynamic physical and social contexts and apply effective collaboration skills to solve complex problems.
