Laboratories
The Department of Computer science and Engineering encourages the students and researchers who have a passion for science and engineering by providing adequate computing facilities. The department presently has seven state-of-the- art research laboratories, viz. Computing Lab, OS and Networking Lab, Hardware Lab, PG Lab , Image processing Lab , Research Lab and Software Systems Lab.
All the Laboratories are connected to the Institute network (500 Mbps 1:1) on optical fibre/Wi Fi and Central UPS is made available to the entire department. Students are provided with individual work-spaces and a total of 307 computers and 22 workstations consisting of Intel i7, i5 and i3 processors. The department also has a server room, consisting of two Servers.
The department regularly upgrades the computing facilities to stay abreast with the latest available technologies technologies
